Transformation Analyst to join our team in
Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Ability to structure and solve problems, analyze complex datasets (financial and operational), and draw insightful conclusions.
- Create presentations, reports, and analyses; ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling visuals (charts, graphs) and narratives for an executive audience.
- Articulate ideas and findings clearly and concisely.
- Anticipate the needs of the office and take initiative to solve problems and complete tasks without direction.
- Works effectively with fellow analysts, project leads, and stakeholders across the business to gather information and support initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience
- Strong experience in financial analysis, performance tracking and reporting
- Prior transformation experience within government contracting
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing business cases and meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting and government contracting experience
- Ability to operate independently as well as seamlessly with the team to complete the mission.
Clearance Requirements
- Current/active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
