About the Role
ABM is seeking a Program Manager – Power and Electrical Services to lead operations for a large, national strategic account. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for an experienced operations professional with national-level portfolio management experience. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, ensure consistent service delivery, and foster strong client relationships across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations and performance management across national contracts in power and electrical services.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, training, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure consistent service delivery and communication.
- Manage billing, reporting, and financial accuracy across all sites.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns and operational issues.
- Support change management initiatives and rollout plans.
- Ensure contract compliance and uphold service standards.
- Present performance updates and strategic insights in client meetings.
- Act as a consultant to ABM teams nationwide for service implementation.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure proper training is conducted.
- Drive customer-centric strategies focused on service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Audit sites regularly to ensure adherence to SOPs and training materials.
- Maintain accurate tracking tools and reporting systems.
- Lead internal and external communications to ensure program alignment.
- Partner with key customer and internal stakeholders to drive success.
- Recommend training and development based on performance reviews.
- Participate in portfolio planning and review meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
- High productivity in dynamic environments (office, remote, client sites).
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing large regional or national portfolios.
- Proficiency in operating budgets and financial statements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Pay: $74,200 - $137,800
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful
applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
