The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Software Engineer–Developer to support ourEngineering Analytics teamlocated inSeal Beach, California.This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense,Space & Security (BDS) National Systems Programs (NSP) software capability.
The ideal candidate will develop and maintain data analysis tools and environments. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to continuously improve software solutions, ensure engineering excellence, and achieve program objectives.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Experienced Level Software Engineers.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet industry, customer, safety, and regulation standards.
Develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize software products and functionalities for systems integrations.
Develop, document, and maintainarchitectures, requirements, algorithms, interfacesand designs for software products.
Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and changes in regulations relevant to software development.
Develop, establish, monitor, and improve software processes, tools, and key performance metrics that align with organization goals and industry benchmarks.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate Level (Level 2): $102,850 - $139,150
Summary pay range for Experienced Level (Level 3): $127,500 - $172,500
