What you´ll do
Henkel is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Retail Sales Team focused on one of our most strategic retail partners: Lowe’s Home Improvement. This highly visible and impactful role is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, commercially minded professional who thrives on turning insights into action and supports category growth through analytics and strategy. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to our Key Account Managers, delivering deep analysis and forward-thinking recommendations that unlock growth opportunities in the sealants and adhesives category. You’ll work across multiple data sources and tools to shape insights that inform customer conversations, support joint business planning, and ultimately drive revenue and market share. This role is ideal for someone who loves data and numbers, is passionate about using analytics to drive business growth, and is confident in taking full ownership of the team’s analytics. You’ll be encouraged to evaluate current processes and recommend improvements, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Category Management, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer POS, internal financial, and market data to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Lowe’s business.
- Provide actionable insights and performance dashboards to support category/business reviews, line reviews, promotional planning, new item introductions, forecasting and space planning efforts.
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers to support day-to-day business operations and long-term growth strategies.
- Lead the development of executive-level presentations and data-driven selling stories for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create compelling data visualizations for internal reporting and customer-facing presentations.
- Own and optimize regular business reporting routines and tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
- Support operational and finance analytics including order tracking, accruals, and deduction management to ensure visibility and accuracy across key processes.
- Evaluate current analytics practices and recommend enhancements for efficiency and impact.
- Minimal travel may be required for customer or internal events and training.
