The Senior Finance Analyst GS Finance at GS plays a crucial role in delivering Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) services to Johnson & Johnson affiliates across multiple regions. This position is accountable for ensuring the accurate and timely coordination of data delivery and reporting to stakeholders. Finance Analyst GS Finance will drive initiatives focused on simplification, automation related projects.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Process responsibilities:
- Ensure efficiency, effectiveness and consistent processes to deliver submissions to stakeholders
- Apply a thorough understanding of the FP&A and reporting structure
- Provide specific guidance and support on complex business issues and financial system issues so that overall control is maintained
- Key point of contact for Johnson & Johnson local markets and stakeholder in relation to the FP&A and reporting obligations
- Taking part in projects to participate in establishing new processes for simplification, standardization, and automation within an international environment.
- Coordinating the data & information flows between the Johnson & Johnson local teams, Global services accounting teams and IT support teams
- Support for Projects related to SigniFI
Compliance Statement:
- Keeping businesses compliant with various local, state, and federal tax regulations
- Meet all corporate and regional deadlines
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
- ACA, ICWA, CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is highly preferred.
- 4 - 8 years of professional experience will be preferred
Languages:
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is added advantage
