Role Summary:
- Development and execution of programs in collaboration with key business stakeholders to maximize sales force efficiency & effectiveness within MedTech organization.
- Support business units through reviewing & establishing processes that will measure and analyze sales effectiveness, resource utilization and work simplification with a customer-oriented approach.
- This role is pivotal in driving high-level strategic and corporate development initiatives, from initial planning and validation through project review and implementation of regional enablement programs.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strong collaboration with business units to understand their dynamics and work for the process improvements to contribute their customer oriented mindset.
- Develop and deliver roadmap for Commercial Excellence strategy including systems, tools and process improvements.
- Full ownership of the CRM program (Salesforce) and Sales analytics including system upgrades, adjustments and delivering training to sales team in order to maximize sales force efficiency & effectiveness.
- Support business units for increasing salesforce effectiveness, efficiency, resource allocation and work simplification projects.
- Management of sales incentive processes, including design & calculation of sales incentive and rewards, and continuous improvement of processes based on business unit needs.
- Collecting Sales Call data, creating reports and presenting sales call analysis to management teams.
- Analyzing market data reports, including research of available data.
- Supporting customer segmentation, forecasting, sales targeting activities of business units.
- Staying up-to-date on global and local CRM, SFE, Business Intelligence trends, solutions, best practices.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong focus on detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
- Ability to identify data issues and implement effective solutions proactively.
- Capability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering positive relationships with diverse teams.
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and technologies, adapting to evolving business needs and data management practices.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and the ability to implement policies that enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in an international company is preferred
- Effective presentation skills
- Fluent English language
- Good knowledge in Ms Office
- Good knowledge in Powerbi, Powerapps
