Responsible for channel/flow analysis and driving execution of needed channel/flow changes via coordination with IRP core teams and/or DC Ops.
Monitors reporting to identify items and/or programs that need additional analysis and/or to have their strategy adjusted based on changing business conditions.
Conducts central channel analysis using the appropriate optimization tool and model to review alternatives and trade-offs within business and strategy guardrails.
Supports the processes and governance of channel and flow business rules and decisions that ensure costs, capacities, and capabilities are accounted for to ensure timely flow of goods through the network.
Uses advanced channel modeling capabilities (including data management, modeling and analytics, and knowledge management) to support channel and flow decisions.
Provides supply chain flow analysis support across the enterprise.
Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) development/execution and training for optimization tools, process updates, and workflow tools.
Develops deep understanding of supply chain analytics and optimization concepts.
Proactively identifies process improvement activities including designing, developing, and communicating improved processes through SC organization.
Assists with the development of content to support decision making, including the supporting modeling results, alternatives considered, timelines and financial impacts
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Related Field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
2+ years Experience in performing supply chain analysis Familiar with Replenishment, Planning, Forecasting, or Transportation processes and systems Experience in data analytics Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents for presentation to management Working knowledge of distribution and transportation operations Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets for use in analytical tools Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
