What you´ll do
- Drive innovation and process optimization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing cost.
- Lead major and minor capital projects safely, on time and within cost.
- Execute changes effectively through use of management of change tools.
- Specify, procure, commission, and sustain new equipment.
- Manage contractors and vendors.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to project stakeholders.
- Build relationships and work cross functionally with Maintenance, R&D, Production, Safety, and Quality.
- Analyze data and other process outputs to reduce variability.
- Investigate deviations using root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
- Support efforts to improve manufacturing instructions to ensure repeatable operations.
- Support site safety initiatives and safety culture.
