This program offers a broad overview of the responsibilities and day-to-day operations of Sales and adjacent functions within Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies, with the following key features:
- Cross-functional exposure through rotational assignments across our strategic business units: Automotive & Metals, Industrial & Electronics, Packaging & Consumer Goods, and Construction
- In-depth learning of how our Adhesive Technologies business operates, with hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Application Engineering

What you´ll do
- Participate in assignments across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Application Engineering within different Strategic Business Units in your assigned country
- Work with Henkel’s leading brands and cutting-edge technologies, collaborating with world-class manufacturers across various industries
- Engage directly with customers to explore their needs, address pain points, drive sustainable business growth, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Experience international exposure through potential cross-country rotations
- Take ownership of impactful business projects that contribute to real commercial outcomes
