As an experienced Epic Radiant Specialist you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Provide steady state Epic support for a client on the East Coast working Eastern Time zone hours.
Provide support for incident resolution
Provide support for service requests
Provide support for enhancement build upgrade build and support

Qualifications

Required

4+ years of Epic Steady State Support
Must have an active Epic Radiant Certification
Have excellent documentation and verbal skills
Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends, should the need arise
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

Epic Cupid certification
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
