Role Overview
The Early in Career Talent Partner will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent for our organization. This position combines hands-on recruiting responsibilities with strategic program development to strengthen our Early in Career (EIC) initiatives EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a strong data-driven approach, experience in campus recruiting, and a demonstrable track record of working with large multinational organizations.
Key Accountabilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for early-career roles, including internships, graduate programs, and entry-level positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality candidates aligned with strategic objectives.
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Strategic Early in Career Initiatives
- Design and implement innovative approaches to attract diverse early-career talent EMEA.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop rotational programs, onboarding experiences, and career development frameworks for early-career hires.
- Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to improve employer brand visibility.
- Develop industry trends and benchmark best practices to continuously improve EIC programs.
Data & Insights
- Use data analytics to measure recruitment efficiency, diversity metrics, and program return on investment.
- Provide actionable insights and dashboards to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Find opportunities for process optimization using data-driven approaches.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in early-career/campus recruiting.
- Prior experience working in a large multinational organization with sophisticated recruiting structures.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions (experience with recruiting analytics tools preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment with a global outlook.
