Join Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Division) as a Protégé Trainee!
We are hiring three Protégé Trainees, each assigned to one of our key therapeutic teams: Neuroscience, Oncology, and Immunology. This dynamic 12-month development program is designed to build foundational skills in Sales & Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Each trainee will gain hands-on experience, collaborate across functions, and prepare for a future career in healthcare sales and marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
- Manage and raise medical enquiries from customers to the internal medical team, ensuring timely resolution.
- Generate and distribute daily and monthly sales reports to relevant partners.
- Support the submission, review, and approval process for promotional materials.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide operational support for marketing activities, events, and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing operations.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex information effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated great teammate with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
