We are seeking a Manager of Human Resources to lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This role is critical in fostering a culture of engagement, growth, and collaboration while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.

- Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
- Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
- Talent Management: Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies, and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Extensive experience in Human Resources consulting, with a proven ability to deliver practical, strategic solutions and advise managers on complex HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategies, tools, and techniques, and the confidence to guide leaders through HR-related decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Advanced skills in data analysis and the ability to tell a compelling story through reporting.
- Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, Power BI, Excel).
- Ability to present complex topics clearly to diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional judgment, creative problem-solving, and a consultative mindset.
Additional Information:
- Position is in Dyer, IN; The selected candidate will be required to be on site Monday to Friday.
- This role requires less than 10% travel.
- Relocation will be available for this role.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
