Job Summary Details: The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing general warehouse duties.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse or receiving associate role
• Physically Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of similar work experience preferred
• Forklift experience desired
Responsibilities: • Receive incoming shipments from various carriers and couriers daily (M-F).
• Offload freight delivery trucks with manual pallet jacks.
• Assist carrier in offloading of non-freight delivery trucks.
• Bill of Lading/Packing Slip verification at point of material receipt.
• Notate any damage/defect on carrier BOL on all incoming material.
• Scanning and/or system tracking of material deliveries from carriers.
• Scanning and/or system tracking of material picked up or delivered to internal customers on Taylor site.
• Sort and place items in proper designated 6S location on-site.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with transfers or deliveries around campus with carts.
• Assist with transfers or deliveries around campus in motorized golf carts.
• Assist with loading outbound shipments if needed.
• Assist with rigging support (equipment crate break-down/transfer and cleanup).
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Track and manage all equipment daily (carts, pallet jacks, tools, etc.).
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
