Job Responsibilities
1. Expand and optimize the distribution channels in the region, formulate effective strategies to achieve sales growth targets, and ensure the steady increase of the company's product market share.
2. Maintain close communication with key customers, and through high-frequency and high-quality customer visits, maintain and deepen important customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Possess solid product technical knowledge, be able to clearly demonstrate the characteristics and advantages of products to customers, provide professional application solution support, and help customers solve practical business problems.
4. Collaborate with distributors in the region to design and implement targeted regional marketing promotion projects, enhance customers' awareness and recognition of the company's brand and products, and seize market mindshare.
5. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business on a regular basis, including sales data and profit status, and formulate feasible regional strategic business plans based on the market dynamics of specific industries in the region.
6. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer information, sales opportunities, and business progress in the sales region, ensuring the standardization and efficiency of the sales process.
7. Work closely with important global customers, assist customers in completing the internal approval process, and promote the company's products to enter the customers' Approved Vendor List (AVL).
8. Lead and implement product training programs for distribution channels in the region, continuously improve the product knowledge and sales capabilities of channel partners, and build an efficient sales collaboration system.
9. Actively participate in and support industry exhibitions in the region, proactively join regional industry associations, build an extensive industry network, and timely capture market information and business opportunities.
10. Discuss with sales channels and determine the optimal market promotion paths and sales models based on the characteristics of different product series and market demands, so as to improve the market penetration rate of products.
11. Proactively explore new customers and potential sales opportunities in the market, formulate detailed business development action plans, actively promote the implementation of new businesses, and expand the scale of the customer base.
12. Pay close attention to market trends and changes in customer needs, adjust product promotion strategies, pricing plans, and service content in a timely manner, ensuring that the company's products and services always conform to market dynamics and maintain a competitive advantage.
13. Evaluate potential market opportunities beyond the scope of current business, provide valuable reference suggestions for the company's business expansion, and help the company explore new growth directions.
14. Participate in the promotion and launch of new products (including products in Alpha and Beta stages) in the region, organize and carry out new product training for channels, and ensure that new products are quickly launched into the market and achieve sales breakthroughs.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in electronics, economics, or related fields is preferred.
2. Candidates with an MBA degree will have an additional advantage.
3. With 5 years or more sales experience in electronics assembly-related products, and experience in distribution channel management and manufacturing customer development is preferred.
4. Have regional sales development experience, with verifiable records of sales performance growth in previous work, and the ability to independently lead businesses to achieve breakthroughs.
5. Have rich network resources and customer relationships in related industries such as electronics and 3C manufacturing and be familiar with the communication methods and business needs of managers at different levels in the industry.
6. Possess excellent sales organization capabilities and strategic sales thinking, be able to formulate scientific and reasonable sales plans and implement them effectively to promote the achievement of sales targets.
7. Have excellent communication and expression skills, be able to convey information clearly and accurately whether in written report writing, oral reporting, or business negotiation, and have the ability to negotiate efficiently with corporate management and facilitate cooperation.
8. Possess keen market insight, be able to accurately analyze market trends and changes in customer needs, provide targeted market feedback and product improvement suggestions to the product management department, and help optimize products and drive business growth.
9. Have a proactive work attitude, be energetic, passionate about sales work, strictly abide by the schedule, have a high sense of responsibility and execution, and be able to complete various tasks with high quality within the specified time.
10. Proficiency in computer operation, master the Microsoft Windows operating system, be able to skillfully use PowerPoint to make professional demonstration documents, and have the ability to conduct data statistical analysis, pricing management, and sales data sorting and reporting.
11. Have good judgment, and when dealing with distribution channel cooperation matters and key customer relationship maintenance, be able to balance various factors and make decisions conducive to the company's business development.
