Description:You will be the Mult Func Manufacturing Supv for the Manufacturing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective products on schedule in a fast‑paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Mult Func Manufacturing Supv you will be responsible for leading a diverse group of technicians and support staff while partnering with engineering, quality, maintenance, facilities, and ESH to meet core performance metrics.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of machinists, assemblers, welders, and painters to achieve daily production goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive quality, cost, schedule, and safety improvements.
- Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators, ensuring corrective actions are timely and effective.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing ESH standards and fostering a culture of responsibility.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.
• Working experience with assemblies, sheet metal, and machining processes.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
