Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to lead complex, multi-year programs and platform initiatives spanning multiple product lines and engineering domains. This Sr. TPM will operate as a strategic thought partner to product, engineering, data, security, and business leaders—owning the end-to-end program portfolio from concept through scale, establishing durable mechanisms, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
You will combine deep technical acumen with program leadership to drive clarity, simplify complexity, and ship reliably. You anticipate and remove systemic roadblocks, make data-informed tradeoffs, and align stakeholders around crisp decisions. You will uplevel how we plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve at the enterprise level.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Define multi-quarter technical roadmaps, align to business OKRs, manage dependencies, and oversee scope, timeline, resourcing, and budget.
Technical Delivery: Partner with engineering and architecture teams to shape solutions, de-risk early, and lead cross-functional delivery (App, Platform, Data/ML, Security, Infrastructure, CX).
Operating Mechanisms: Establish intake, prioritization, and capacity planning processes; implement metrics and dashboards for schedule health, quality, cost, and outcomes.
Risk & Compliance: Identify systemic risks and mitigation plans; ensure adherence to enterprise controls, audit, and compliance standards (SOX, PCI, privacy).
Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate decision-making, provide executive-ready updates, and escalate responsibly with solution paths.
Strategy Influence: Inform product strategy with technical insights, promote platform-first thinking, and drive adoption through training and documentation.
Coaching & Scaling: Mentor TPMs, PMs, and engineers; lead communities of practice and raise the bar on execution excellence.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years in technical program/project management, including 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
8+ years of hands-on software development or deep technical engagement with engineering teams.
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and customer experience along with a proven track record of delivering platform or product programs from inception to scaled adoption.
Expertise in agile at scale, program governance, risk management, and stage gating.
Experience defining and operationalizing KPIs/SLAs/SLOs, using metrics to drive decisions and outcomes.
Knowledge of secure-by-design and compliance-aware delivery practices.
Exceptional communication skills with executive presence; able to align diverse stakeholders and present to senior executives.
Added Bonus If You Have
Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or regulated environments.
Background leading platform programs: SDKs, CX frameworks, API gateways, identity, observability, or developer platforms.
Public cloud experience (AWS, GCP); familiarity with cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and DevSecOps.
Experience with ML/GenAI program delivery (model lifecycle, data governance, responsible AI).
Prior engineering leadership or management experience in product-centric companies.
Enterprise-scale vendor management and contract/SOW structuring for outcomes.
