Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities: - Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using manual and powered equipment.
- Strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors using appropriate chemicals and machinery.
- Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, and carpet extractors.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of carpets through spot cleaning and deep extraction.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to prevent injuries and chemical exposure.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Assist with other custodial duties as assigned.
