Description:This Quality Engineering Position supports the AMMM Quality team in meeting program objectives and interfacing with customers. The role includes:
- Customer interface in communicating program performance, continuous improvement initiatives & fielding customer concerns/needs
- Root cause, corrective action, and closeout for production program issues
- Data integrity & analytics
- Program level metrics and communications
- Facilitation of customer engagements
- Production floor integration
- Supporting and Leading Corrective Action Boards

• Proficient in Blueprint Reading
• Interpretation of Engineering Process Specifications
• Knowledgeable level RCCA ensuring effectiveness of CA plans.
• Knowledgeable in surveillance of QMS / manufacturing processes.
• Project Management skills
• Experience working in a production environment
Desired Skills:• C-130J product knowledge/build area experience
• Familiarity with C-130J systems to include SFM, Apriso, DIMS, etc.
• Green belt and Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Knowledge of RCCA/PFMEA/APQP
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals
• Effective written and oral communication skills
Self-starter with effective time management skills
• Experience in programming/data visualization using Tableau, Python, VBA or similar programs

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
