What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities: - Promote a safe work environment by ensuring associates use proper safety equipment and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas.
- Request materials, supplies, parts, and repair services as needed.
- Manage daily production operations by planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring quality and effectiveness.
- Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
- Assist in production sequence planning to meet goals and deliver superior customer service.
- Address associate performance concerns promptly and analyze departmental reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean culture by documenting and implementing process enhancements.
- Participate in new hire and ongoing associate training, providing guidance on process improvement, waste control, and quality management.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships, supporting business plans, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Provide supervision and development for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
