You will help drive impactful initiatives across our global operations network, supporting sustainability integration, performance improvement and effective internal knowledge sharing.
What you´ll do
- Support the Sustainability team in Adhesive Operations to integrate sustainability principles into engineering, production processes and shopfloor engagement
- Assist with best-practice sharing initiatives to standardize and improve energy, water, and waste management practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance access to sustainability knowledge and communication materials
- Drive the design, structuring and implementation of SharePoint sites and communication channels for internal knowledge distribution
- Own and lead your own project, either developing new best practices or driving local improvement initiatives
