About your role:

What you’ll do:
- Lead end‑to‑end requirements activities, producing clear functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
- Translate business needs into system/interface specifications and clarify scope with engineering teams.
- Develop process maps, data flows, sequence diagrams, and logical data models to support solution design.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to validate requirements and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with QA to define test cases, support UAT, and ensure acceptance criteria are met; maintain traceability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs in Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Manage stakeholder communications and change requests; identify risks, assess impacts, and escalate as needed.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in requirements engineering, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and system/interface specifications.
- 8+ years of experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and work tracking in Jira and Azure DevOps.
- 8+ years of experience creating BPMN/UML artifacts such as process maps, data flows, sequence diagrams, and logical models.
- 6+ years of experience authoring API specifications (REST/JSON), using OpenAPI/Swagger, and defining integration requirements.
- 6+ years of experience executing SQL for data validation and analysis across Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- 6+ years of experience collaborating with QA to design test cases, build traceability (RTM), and support UAT using tools like Zephyr or TestRail.
- 6+ years of experience working with payments and compliance standards such as PCI DSS and NACHA.
- 1+ years of Fiserv systems experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience facilitating executive‑level stakeholder reviews and communicating technical trade‑offs to non‑technical audiences.
- Background with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for insight generation during discovery.
- Hands‑on familiarity with modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, Figma) for wireframing and process mapping.
- Experience in change management practices (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) to support adoption.
- Exposure to payments platforms or fintech integrations within card, ACH, or real‑time rails.
