Responsibilities:•Promote and propose Trane Contracting Solutions to potential customers
•Developing & building long term customer relationships
•Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
•Working closely with other departments to come out with most appropriate solutions to customers
•Submitting the competitive tender within timeline
•Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals
•Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred choice
•Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
•Any other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and relevant
Requirements:
•Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
•At least 2-4 years in Engineering/ Construction sales
•Experience in HVAC industry will be an added advantage
•Customer driven mindset
•Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
