Job Summary:
Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent. What You Will Do:
- Design and launch digital campaigns with compelling content to boost our presence on social and professional platforms.
- Create and execute strategic plans to attract diverse profiles across multiple markets using cutting-edge tools and techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate networks for critical roles, ensuring we’re always ready for what’s next.
- Identify opportunities for automation and leverage new technologies to make hiring smarter and faster.
Education requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Language: Advanced English proficiency.
What skills you will have:
Recruitment Channel Management:
- Deep understanding of diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and niche talent communities.
- Expert in leveraging ATS systems like Workday and CRM tools such as Beamery, as well as market intelligence platforms like Talent Neuron to streamline sourcing and engagement.
- Skilled in tracking and analyzing key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process, maintaining accuracy and ethical standards.
- Conduct workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Sourcing Candidates:
- Proficient in Boolean search and other complex sourcing strategies to uncover top talent.
- Stay ahead of labor market trends to anticipate hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Skilled in attracting passive candidates through personalized outreach and proactive recruitment campaigns
- Expertise in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to build robust talent pipelines.
Candidate Screening:
- Strong knowledge of conducting initial interviews via phone or virtual platforms to assess cultural fit and technical capability.
- Ensure screening processes align with organizational recruitment policies and diversity objectives.
- Familiarity with psychometric assessments and other evaluation methods to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Customer & Market Focus:
- Knowledge of designing and executing employer branding campaigns and leveraging digital marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Ability to tailor recruitment strategies to different geographic and industry markets for maximum impact.
- Committed to delivering a positive candidate journey, monitoring satisfaction metrics, and implementing improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and guidance throughout the talent acquisition process.
Top candidates will also have:
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates, building strong, long-term talent pipelines that support future hiring needs.
- Highly proficient in Workday, leveraging its full capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Skilled in using metrics and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies, improve time-to-fill, and elevate overall performance.
Additional Information:
- The role is primarily based at Torre Santa María but requires flexibility to travel and rotate across multiple plants in Mexico, ensuring operational support wherever needed.
- On-site, Monday through Friday.
- Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.
- This position may require up to 5% travel.
