Job Summary Details: The Dispatcher receives assistance requests from clients and customers, and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities When Working in the Radio Room
This list is not all inclusive but are the minimum expectations when working in the Radio/PPE room. This list may change and/or evolve. If significant changes occur, a new read and sign will be created. Thank you for working as a Team to ensure a good product is given.
· Using caution when scanning out equipment. Ensure the correct status is showing and be sure to scan the correct barcode to account for correct inventory numbers.
· Leaving your station clean and organized at the end of your shift.
· Keeping the room tidy and organized, don’t leave trash or anything to clean up for the next shift. Please do not leave trash or items laying on top of the scanner cabinets that doesn’t belong.
· Making sure to stock the PPE throughout the day
· Write employee numbers on vests.
· Replace barcodes as needed.
· When needed, covering the battery ports on bad batteries
· Clean equipment as it comes in. Throw rag in the trash at the end of your shift. Whatever rag has been provided is fine to use.
· Dropbox should be continuously scanned in and not left to collect.
· During hydration season assist keeping merchandiser and hydration packets stocked throughout the day.
· Notify a SWA Leader if the Folders have not been scanned out. For AM folders this is by 10am and for PM this is by 4pm
Damaged Equipment
· Check in the equipment and then mark Damaged
· List in the NOTE field what is wrong with asset. If the agent damaged the asset it is very important that is noted in the NOTES section on the transaction screen.
· Fill out a Damaged Asset tag completely and place in the damaged bin.
Specific to Opening Employee:
· Retrieve any equipment left in the Command Center from the night before
· Ensure that equipment is showing in the correct status. In Stock or Checked Out
· Once the daily missing report has been ran, assist with searching for any missing asset(s)
Specific to Closing Employee:
· Be sure that all equipment is scanned in and clean
· Double check the Missing List from the day before to see if something was missed
· Take the designated number of scanners, radios and scanner batteries to the Command Center
· Do not lock scanner cabinets
· Ensure water is stocked in the merchandiser for the AM employees
