Job Summary:
This position provides engineering Data Analysis and CDRL management support services for program management, acquisition, engineering, integration and sustainment planning to the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G Program in Lexington Park, MD. This position will provide critical program analysis and interpretation of technical data to Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Functional Description:
- Provides critical program analysis and interpretation of data requirements.
- Collects, tracks, organizes and reviews data deliverables in support of aircraft/weapon/project acquisition.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, deliverable management and data management. Ensures currency of all DoD and NAVAIR Data Management policies, procedures and industry standards.
- Reviews and revises the Data Management Plan (DMP) and supports the Government Data Manager.
- The candidate must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; analytical skills; attention to detail; organizational skills; ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes; and can balance priorities to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.
- The selected candidate must be highly proficient Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project & Outlook).
- Must be a self-starter and be able to co-lead meetings and capture actions items and meeting minutes.
Basic Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen. Active secret clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree. Allowable Substitutions: An Associate’s degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. OR Four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Preferred Qualifications:
- General knowledge of NAVAIR policies, procedures, terminology and requirements.

Compensation:
$83,930 - $125,840. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
