Trane has an exciting new opportunity to join our organization as a Client Service Representative in our Wilmington, MA, Service Operations team. As a Client Services Representative, this position works as an inside sales representative and liaison between customers, Account Managers and the Commercial Sales Office, including the responsibility for project documentation, procurement, and transition. Portfolio includes multiple projects and contracts. This position is required to closely interact with customers, Account Managers, and other assigned project staff to ensure the timely transition of each project and contract, while maintaining professionalism to foster a positive culture. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth transition of projects and contracts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall sales and operations processes within Trane.
Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
- Develops good working relationships with new and existing customer base.
- Increases sales to existing accounts by working closely with assigned Account Managers in Service Sales.
- Follows established standard work and processes utilizing several enterprise systems, coordinating the transition of projects from Sales to Operations.
- Assists with customer problems and/or needs.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
- Possesses knowledge of the product lines to create awareness and demand for products with existing and potential customers.
- Provides backup support for inside sales and fulfillment teams.
- Responsible for coordination of transition package from sales to service for quoted projects, service agreements, and rental agreements.
- Responsible for monthly service agreement performance analysis and participation in monthly service sales meeting.
- Manages service agreements with account managers, including reports, updates, and renewal tracking.
- Responsible for maintaining service databases and new account set up.
- Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.
- Responsible for general administrative functions to support the operations process, including accurately maintaining project documentation.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $56,000 – $80,000
