The RoleWe’re seeking a
Systems Integration & Test Engineer IV who thrives on hands-on challenge and technical excellence. You’ll lead integration and testing efforts for next-generation missile defense systems, ensuring they operate flawlessly in high-stakes environments. This role combines collaboration, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of delivering real-world solutions.
What You'll Do• Develop and execute
test plans and procedures for complex hardware integration
• Lead
assembly, integration, and test operations across mechanical, electrical, and software teams
• Coordinate daily testing activities and resolve system discrepancies
• Support certification as a
Certified Test Conductor / Test Engineer• Analyze test results, identify issues, and ensure seamless resolutions
• Communicate findings and updates to internal teams, customers, and leadership

Basic Qualifications:• Interim
Secret Clearance required prior to start
• Experience in
hardware assembly, integration, and test operations• Experience developing/executing
test procedures in ATLO or production environments• Strong
attention to detail with ability to write technical documents
• Excellent
communication skills to engage senior leadership and customers
Desired Skills:Certifications & Experience:• Certified Test Conductor or Certified Principal Engineer
• Experience with
missile system hardware, ordnance, pressure systems, or RF telemetry
• Familiarity with
Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs• Experience with detailed
hardware test developmentTechnical Skills & Tools:• Ability to read and interpret
mechanical/electrical schematics and specifications• Proficiency with
lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, etc.)
• Familiarity with
Lockheed Martin system tools (SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework) or industry equivalents
Leadership & Collaboration:• Experience leading
multi-disciplinary teams or projects
• Ability to build strong relationships with
internal and external stakeholdersSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
