About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to lead the Advisor Platform Coaching team within the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Support Services group. This role will lead field coaching efforts in support of our Advisor and Client platforms for all business channels, promoting engagement with and adoption of tools and capabilities. The Business Execution Manager will ensure the engagement and development of the Platform Coaching team to appropriately support advisors and their teams with individualized coaching, instructor-led training sessions, and small and large group presentations. In this role, you will:- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for the Platform Coaching team
- Engage business stakeholders and internal partners associated with the platform tools in integrating or implementing user feedback provided by the team
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
- Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring and onboarding talent

Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in Financial Services or Wealth & Investment Management
- 1+ years of management experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in financial advisor support, coaching, and enablement
- Strong knowledge of Advisor Platform applications such as Advisor Gateway, Client Management, Client Review Center, and FactSet
- Customer service focused, with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage escalations and deliver under tight SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
- FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
