Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations. Provide technical support to customers and the field sales Collaborate with Product Engineering and Return Material Authorization (RMA) Provide 8D or failure documentation for customer failure resolution Implement fixes for fails (design or process) Develop software to interpret data Develop, diagnose, and validate HBM System testing programs and inhouse system solutions Provide guidance and ensure alignment with specific company-wide projects Initiate collaborations with customers, Technology Development (TD), Testing, and Manufacturing teams in advance of silicon arrival Maintain responsibility for the successful customer launch of the product Great communication and presentation skills - ability to present to both internal leadership and customer forums A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of relevant engineering technical experience Experience in either field of semiconductor, memory product engineering, and/or product system validation Good understanding of computer architecture, memory subsystems, and memory technologies Proven team leader - respect, integrity, positive demeanor A record of performance excellence for current/previous areas of responsibility. Experience with bring-up and validation of ASIC/GPU with HBM memory subsystems
