Where is the work: (Work location & Mode of work): This position has been designated as On-Site Based in Ahmedabad location.
What will you do:
·Generate Sales: Responsible for generating sales for the airside business in the assigned area.
·Create Value Stream: Develop strategies to increase airside sales to achieve multi-fold growth.
·Drive Strategy: Use customer segmentation to create value offerings that drive the overall strategy.
·Expand Margins: Focus on expanding margins and improving profitability.
·Execute AOP Plans: Collaborate with various teams to create and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
·Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to influence product specifications and enhance value.
·Identify Customer Needs: Work with a current and evolving action plan designed to identify and meet all customer needs.
·Achieve Organizational Goals: Align your efforts with the organizational goals to ensure overall success.
What you will bring: (Roles & Responsibilities)
- In-depth Knowledge of Airside Market: Extensive understanding of the airside market and equipment specifications.
- Customer Segmentation Skills: Ability to segment customers effectively to create value offerings that drive strategic goals.
- Profitability Focus: Strong focus on driving margin expansion and profitability.
- Action Plan Development: Experience in developing and working with evolving action plans to meet customer needs and organizational goals.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work with different teams to create and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
- Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive product specifications and value.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the AHU (Air Handling Unit) market.
- Customer Connections: Good connections with direct and industrial customers.
