We are searching for the best talent for the Senior Business Compliance Specialist (UAE National) role based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities :
Provides support in coordinating various projects and assignments as requested
Partner efficiently with business partners to meet the needs of the business in line with SOPs.
Maintains and disseminates health care compliance information with reconciliation of all value transfers in Health Care Professional and Government Official related activities
Provides necessary information and supports accurate documentation/records regarding function specific policies & procedures (Cross-Border Activities, Fee For Services, Hospitality)
Coordinates and updates department files and databases; and supports monitoring activities of Health Care Compliance related value transfers
Provides some administrative support (document preparation, file management, scheduling) StratCap department
Stimulating and chipping in to innovative ways towards HCPs and GOs consistent with the HCC/HCBI guidelines and framework carrying out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis and reporting
Establish discussion platforms to get general business on board and impact analysis
Supporting new procedure harmonization and implementation
Assist in the harmonization, preparation, updating and implementation of all HCC written policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
Supporting MEA region in implementation of regional project.
Consolidating region-wide communication both from commercial & management to business compliance and HCC vice versa
Maintaining records and documentation related to region-wide business compliance related
Ensuring timely and accurate upload of complete post-event documentation on company system.
Collaborating closely with business collaborators to address and resolve issues related to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
Following up with the business to initiate and detail unplanned deviations, ensuring corrective actions are accurately implemented and closed.
Assisting with audit-related queries and investigations requirements and providing vital documentation and clarifications.
Ensure all travel agents’ invoices are submitted alongside supplier invoices, with complete transaction details clearly described and within JNJ guidelines.
Validate that invoiced amounts do not exceed approved budgeted amounts.
Review and approve good receipt on E-Marketplace as assigned categories ensuring invoice amounts are within approved budgets and CBI tool limits, with appropriate audit support.
Review and approve Request for Payments on E-Marketplace, ensuring all post-event documents are uploaded to HCCL and payments are made to the HCP’s country of residence.
Submit monthly accrual reports to the Finance team for MEA.
Report quarterly status on open requests to the business directors highlighting gaps for business oversight.
Job Requirements:
Education: BA/BS, advanced degree or equivalent preferred
Years of Experience: minimum of 2 years business experience. Preferably experience in Compliance and or /Finance
Ability to make things happen through handling a broad set of Credo based values.
