Boeing Brazil is seeking a Senior Engineering Technical Specialistreporting to the Business Operations Manager, working out of the São José Dos Campos office.
The Senior Engineering Technical Specialistbe the technical lead of a local team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who provide high-value support to engineering teams across Boeing as they use our engineering processes and CAD/CAM/PLM tools — including our current systems and the innovative 2nd Century Systems (2CES). This is an opportunity to make a visible impact: you’ll enable engineers to return to full productivity quickly, drive improvements to tools and workflows, and help shape how global engineering support scales into Brazil. You will collaborate across an established global network of 50+ Processes & Tools SMEs in the U.S. and our Global Design Centers (Poland, Ukraine, India and soon Brazil), Boeing Designated Experts (BDEs), Technical Fellows, IT, and major software vendors (Dassault Systèmes, Siemens, etc.).
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the Technical Lead for the Brazil Processes & Tools End User Support team and align delivery with the Global End User Support organization to ensure a consistent experience across programs and locations.
Provide first-line technical support for engineering tools and processes, responding quickly to user inquiries and restoring productivity.
Work directly with engineers and teams to understand issues, document them in the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP), prioritize, and coordinate timely resolutions.
Troubleshoot with cross-functional partners (IT, BDEs, Technical Fellows) and with major vendors to identify root causes and implement fixes; propose changes to prevent recurrence.
Participate in cross-functional testing and validation of end-to-end flows and new capabilities before their production rollout.
Identify process and tool improvement opportunities and drive implementations to increase efficiency and quality.
Create and maintain practical job aids, tips, and knowledge-base articles to enhance end-user productivity and reduce recurring issues.
Collect and analyze user feedback (surveys, metrics) to continuously improve support services.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
- Must have a degree in Engineering.
- Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Experience with multiple engineering tools such as REDARS, CATIA V5, ENOVIA, DCAC Teamcenter Enterprise, IVT, CAMEO, DOORS, PDM, ITRACS, CSDT, ETAC, 3DX.
Experience in engineering processes and tools for electrical, structures and mechanical systems engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
