- 负责自身安全工作，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。
- 严格遵守公司的各项制度
- 主动学习设备设施的相关资料，熟悉设备设施相关信息，工作原理，维修维护等并通过技能考核；
- 按部门要求完成巡视检查工作，确保各设备工作区域准时巡检、各项仪表准确抄读记录、公共设备的正常运行、上报巡检中发现的异常问题；
- 了解公司内设备设施的工作原理，可独立处理保养工作并带领维修同事按工作计划完成设备设施保养工作；高质量完成各项保养，并及时汇报保养中发现的问题；
- 独立解决公司内的设备设施故障（必须能独立解决100%生产设备故障问题），并带领维修同事完成设备设施维修工作。
- 设备设施的故障问题进行及时处理，跟踪维修结果，确保设备设施的功能及安全防护；
- 维修过的设备故障不重复出现，返修率≤2.
- 根据要求完成5S指标，如工具包及工具柜的整理、维修围栏内备件及设施设备的整理、巡检区域及设备间的整理等。
- 执行上级安排的各项工作安排，如设备设施类移位、安装、厂房类杂项及改进改善工作。
