About the Team
The Strategy & Value Manager is known as a Value Manager here at Workday. Workday's Value Management practice is a strategic consulting group focused on driving Workday’s growth and success with collaboration. We help prospective customers create their case for change; and we work with current customers to measure and increase the value realised from their Workday applications.

About the Role
So what do we look for in professionals who’d like to join our Value Management Team? Our Value Managers are individual contributors, part of an elite business consulting team to drive Workday’s growth and success. They are engaged across all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to final presentations to the client team.
Internally, we collaborate in cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy, craft early value messaging, and develop experiences that showcase Workday’s differentiation throughout the sales cycle.
Externally, we collaborate with senior executives at prospective customers to identify business challenges and document and align the impact of Workday's technology to strategic objectives of the company. Value managers also present cases for change, model ROI, and document value realisation.
Working in close collaboration with sales, solution consultants, professional services teams and marketing, this strategic advisory role offers a great launch pad into one of the fastest growing enterprise technology and SaaS companies in the world. About You
Basic Qualifications (essential skills / experience):
4+ years experience in a similar position similar role with a focus on consulting, change/transformation, strategic positioning, developing value propositions, and creating impactful c-level presentations.
