Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).

Interfacing with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awards.

Provide training and mentoring to team members.

Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial Planning.

Summary contract level inputs and updates to Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
-
Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions.

Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team.

Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment (RFI's, UCA proposal support).
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or a directly related field. or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems.

Experience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process.

EVMS Certification or achieve EVMS Certification within 6 months of hiring.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
