Responsibilities include assisting the property management team in the coordination of audits for internal and external customers, manage property records of government materials and equipment, handle activities relating to acquisition, receipt, training, property loss damage reporting, and validation of property ownership, identification, utilization, property and material storage, contract closure and disposition.

Other job functions could include but are not limited to Finance, COMSEC and Procurement.

Ability to lift up to 50lb packages

Must possess valid driver’s license to perform daily courier functions
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience

Experience in the areas of Logistics and/or Property Management within the aerospace or defense industry

Able to organize and properly prioritize multiple projects/tasks across the team to meet customer deadlines

Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills both written and oral

Experience with FAR Regulations

Knowledge of the defense industry with acquisition, contract closure, physical inventory, utilization, disposition, storage, contractor self-assessment audits

Experience with SAP or similar software systems

Experience in Government Property Administration and experience in Program execution and/or Operations

Experience with forklift, pallet jacks and associated equipment

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
