Lead the Program Management Team (PMT) and related functional organizations in execution of production contracts to ensure adherence to cost, schedule and AOP commitments

Lead in person daily PMT meeting/daily program cadence to ensure the team is aligned regarding priorities, issues and assistance needed

Close interaction with business team on efficient execution of the EAC’s, performance to labor and material forecast as well as progress to meeting AOP
-
Lead internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to all pursuits to include: EAC’s, Gate approvals, contract proposals, negotiation and definitization efforts

Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience is required

Prior experience supporting transition to production, production acceleration, development, and/or sustainment programs

Program Management certification or equivalent
-
Experience leading cross-functional teams

Experience leading the quarterly EAC process and managing risks and opportunities
Qualifications We Prefer

Strong business sense to proactively identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently

Displays strong communication skills, influential leadership, presentation skills, and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership

Proficiency with the RMD Program Management tool suite or similar program management systems

Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, management, and/or closeout

This position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
