Communicate and translate technical data packages to suppliers

Conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity and risk

Perform technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis

Manage supplier requests for product and process changes

Manage non-conforming products

Drive root cause and corrective action

Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities

Collaborate with and mentor teammates

Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders

Provide subject matter expertise to team members and suppliers

Support domestic travel as needed (see above)
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, as described below
-
Relevant experience is work in at least one of the following: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing & quality systems or technical supplier management
-
Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, etc.)
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Experience with Manufacturing Engineering in a manufacturing / factory environment is strongly preferred

Active DoD clearance
-
Experience with any of the following commodities: CCA/PWB/Flex, Antenna/Power/Networks, Cables/Harnesses/Integrated Assy/Electronic Components or RF.

Experience performing supplier assessments
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience leading cross functional teams

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
