Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Strong technical project/program management experience, including budget ownership for programs, IRADs, or NRE projects.

Experience in infrared sensor development and manufacturing.
-
Ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
-
Strategic thinking in transitioning programs from development to production with predictable yields.

Experience with Design for Manufacturing processes in high mix precision electromechanical/semiconductor products in a regulated environment.

Strong background in data analytics and statistics, guiding data acquisition and application strategies.

Excellent communication skills at the senior executive level, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.

A proactive change agent with a strong sense of urgency.

The salary range for this role is 162,000 USD - 326,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
