This role offers the opportunity to influence RTX’s enterprise collaboration strategy and deliver impactful solutions at scale.
What You Will Do:
-
Develop and execute a 3-5 year roadmap for M365 environment
-
Overall service responsibility includes tenant engineering, tenant development and tenant compliance while overseeing and communicating roadmap as it applies to RTX>
-
Align collaboration services with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption.

Continue adoption and drive usage against licensing capabilities while ensuring compliance is enforced.

Solve for complex collaboration needs and issues globally, at the enterprise scale

Manage a team of managers, engineers, administrators, and SME’s
-
Oversee project delivery including migrations, upgrades, and new feature releases
-
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Legal, Global Trade, Cybersecurity, and other departments and ensure service compliance

Manage relationships with Microsoft and other third-party vendors
-
Evaluate and recommend new solutions to enhance capabilities and stay-current

Communicate with and brief senior leadership

You will learn all aspects of collaboration service management at an enterprise scale
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

10 years experience leading a large team
-
12+ years of industry experience
-
5+ years of SharePoint experience
-
10% Travel
Qualifications We Prefer:

Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Experience working in a GCC High tenant

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
