Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics. (STEM degree)

Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience with progressing leadership roles.

Experience with RF subsystem development, including design, analysis, and/or test.

Experience spearheading a technical team, including, but not limited to: role of task lead, IPTL or Engineering Lead
Qualification We Value:

MS in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Equivalent

Practical experience in all phases of the product development lifecycle

Experience in troubleshooting electronics systems

Coaching, teaching and/or mentoring skills

Experience in creation and/or improvement of engineering development processes

An active and in-scope DoD Top Secret Clearance

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
