As the lead, you will be expected to understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and work with your sub-leads to define/delegate tasking for your team.

Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment.
What You Will Learn

Experience working across numerous functions from engineering to finance to security to supply chain and the Program Office.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience.

Experience serving as an IPTL.

Experience leading multi-disciplined teams

Active and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance (not interim) is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for security clearance.

Strong communication skills.

Strong organization, coordination, planning and teaming skills.

Knowledge of or experience with equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, electronics maintenance, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers.

Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers.

Experience leading multi-disciplined teams.

Experience with Agile Process.

Experience with gate reviews.

Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Existing SSBI clearance.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
