Supervise and lead a team of approximately 12 - 185 section members.

The Section Lead role is anticipated to be approximately 15% of the work week, with the remainder of the work week charged to program contracts, within the TEE organization.

Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with your team to ensure alignment with the department and center.

Conduct formal and informal performance reviews and career development discussions with team members.
-
Lead by example, adhere to, and ensure alignment with Raytheon Values and Behaviors.

Collaborate with multi-discipline teams in the operation, testing and troubleshooting of systems.
-
Provide independent health checks by evaluating program’s metrics.

Involvement in center initiatives.
-
Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Cross Product Team (CPT) / Directorate Leads, as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business unit objectives.

Support Test Equipment Engineering program hiring goals as well as leading the onboarding of new section personnel.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience as an IPTL, sub-IPTL, CAM, REA or a Project Team Lead.

Experience in a technical leadership role.
-
Experience utilizing the Test Equipment Engineering One Page Process.
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Previous experience with career development and personal skills development of team members
-
Experience working with Program configuration management principles and tools such as an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), PMX tools, or tracking books

Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system)
-
Experience with our Proposal Capture Process (development of compliant Basis of Estimates, and White Sheet Development).

Experience with the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
