What you´ll do
- Coordinate the distribution of the fleet, coordinate and manage the drivers, train and support the company drivers
- Support the executive staff in personal tasks
- Ensure technical operational security of company vehicles, coordinate expert and service appointments
- Support cost allocation for relevant services
- Support Facility Operations: Handle facility tasks including maintenance
- Situated on reception, execution of entrance tasks and administration
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance; manage inventory
- Provide business and administrative support to the Infrastructure
- Manage building access systems, physical security
- Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, IFM service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
