What you´ll do
- Structure, coordinate, and implement key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and enable new ways of working across global teams
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects within the Loctite Pulse portfolio
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of management tools and processes, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for project updates, SteerCo meetings, and workshops
- Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate business requirements and translate them into actionable next steps
- Participate in internal workshops and meetings, capturing key outcomes and following up on actions
