Description:The individual selected for this position will support the Leave of Absence (LOA) and the Return to Work program. This includes understanding the LOA plan designs as well as the various LOA policies and procedures to effectively support administration. The position will also act as a liaison between employees/HR/managers and the vendor partners to research and resolve escalated leave cases and administer the return-to-work program.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
• Support the return-to-work program, monitor, document and track employee work restrictions and assist HR Compliance in the accommodations process.
• Partner with the business areas including payroll, compliance, medical directors, wellness centers and Health and Welfare benefits to review and resolve complex escalated cases.
• Support the LOA programs – day to day support.
• Assist with updates to LOA policies and leave related communications.
• Assist with incorporating process changes related to LOA programs.
• Provide process/plan design improvement recommendations to the LOA programs to enhance the employee experience.
• Perform other absence management functions specific to business area and on an ad hoc basis.
• Assist with project coordination and tasks related to various projects related to LOA administration.
• Maintain contact with managers and disability/leave vendors. Assist in various tasks related to LOA administration, such as reviewing communications.

Proven superior customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
