Participate in the development, maintenance, and sustainment of the sensor system.

Conduct daily reviews with customers.

Perform administrative tasks essential for system maintenance, including planning, coordination, task monitoring, shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory management.

Utilize knowledge gained from and through field experiences to provide onsite technical support and assistance directly to customers when required.

Communicate technical information effectively in both written and verbal formats.
-
Collaborate with offsite engineering teams to troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs.
-
Lift, bend, and move within a normal range of motion to perform maintenance tasks which may include maneuvering of items weighing over 40 lbs.

Travel OCONUS two (2) 75-day deployments per year.

Travel CONUS up to 40 days per year.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start.

Experience with airborne radar systems.
-
Experience in repair and maintenance of military electro-mechanical systems.
-
Experience in system integration, logistics processes, and logistics procedures.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA).

Proficiency in navigating and executing commands within a UNIX environment and interpreting maintenance-related results.

Strong technical writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work outdoors in challenging environmental conditions.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
