You will be responsible for all pricing support functions from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations. These activities include; forming, planning and guiding the proposal cost team, managing all cost volume development activities such as compiling cost, schedule and technical elements in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.

The development of complex Excel-based cost models is crucial for strategy development, Leadership Team pricing reviews and submission. Your presentation skills will be critical for successful senior management pricing reviews.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), (TINA) and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals

Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and/or other MS Office software (PowerPoint & Word)

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience in proposing different contract types (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP, FPIF, FPAF, T&M, OTA) with an understanding of financial implications on program implementation of each contract type

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a large team of pricing analysts

Experience working on competitive and sole source proposals in excess of $500 Million

Experience with International Pursuit pricing

Knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA) and its applications

Course work towards or a Master's degree in Business Administration is also desirable

Demonstrated ability to lead large cost teams in very dynamic environments with strong Proposal Management skills

Able to work both independently (self-guided) and as an integral team member in a highly dynamic work environment

Proven ability to conduct thorough compliance reviews on pricing and associated support documentation

Ability to effectively manage organizational assignments, resources, downtime, and overhead budgets

Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience briefing all levels of Management

Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being detailed oriented

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
