What does a successful Application Development Intern do?
Interns will work with Technology professionals learning much-needed skills such as coding, testing and supporting application software; collaborating with senior analysts and experienced teammates; offering innovative suggestions; participating in quality inspections; supporting ongoing documentation of existing processes, with mentorship, and other complicated projects. Assignments serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to the organization. Specific activities vary by assignment.

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology field.
Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
0–2 years of professional experience.
What would be great to have:
Familiarity with tools and languages such as Java, Python, .NET, C# / C / C++, JavaScript, JCL, Oracle, Linux, PowerBi or ReactJS.
Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to changing priorities.

Important info about this role:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
